The investment is the purchase of 2499 Ratchford which consists of 3.49 acres of land immediately adjacent to the I 440 Beltline and Capital Blvd, two of the main traffic arteries in Raleigh, NC.  We plan to combine this parcel with the adjoining parcel 2501 Ratchford which was acquired in late 2021 and have both re-zoned with site plans prepared for future development.
